Installing Steel Structures for Construction of Factory

Jenmon Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd was awarded by Yan San Metals Pte Ltd to design, supply, fabricate and install steel structures for the addition and alteration of their existing factory.

This project included the installation of steel structures for columns, roof rafter, upper roof completed with purlin, sag rod and tie rod. Jenmon Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd also supplied and installed a canopy on the 1st level.

Unlike any project, the use of old parts of the roof truss with integration of a new one made installation works much more challenging. Apart from receiving consultant drawings, Jenmon Construction was proactively updating and proposing better installation methods to install the steelworks. This was with the help of our in-house experienced designer using Solidworks and AutoCad software.

Our experienced Design & Production team worked together with our customer, main contractor as well as other sub-contractors to come up with a feasible solution, thus successfully completing the job safely.

It was definitely a fulfilling experience for Jenmon Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd's team, as it provided them with many learning opportunities to ensure the growth of our people and the company.
